Travel Guide

This year we will be using Tapestry of Grace Year 2: Between Ancient and Modern as our travel guide. Classical homeschooling traditionally divides students into three levels of learning: Grammar, Dialectic, and Rhetoric. Tapestry utilizes those and also, in the interest of getting even the youngest children in the home engaged, has a sub-grammar level, which they call Lower Grammar. The normal grammar level they call Upper Grammar. This year Chlo Maren is going to follow the Upper Grammar course of study, Reagan the Dialectic, and Carter and Quinn the Rhetoric. On this page I have listed all of the books that we will be using this year as part of our Tapestry studies. For each level, they are listed in alphabetical order, one list for each quarter of the school year. Carter and Quinn also have an online Tapestry anthology of shorter works that they will work with throughout the year.
